No Rice Challenge: Day 1

Day 1: This is how my lunch looks like.

Chinese Cabbage, Egg Tofu and Spicy Potatoes

Some of my friend tells me that I'm actually doing Atkins. But as far as I'm concerned, you can consume meat, poultry and fish for this type of diet and there are some sugar restrictions. But, I just wanted to skip rice, that's all. I still love and NEED my morning coffee.

So far so good! :)
