New Moon and Breaking Dawn

I just finished reading Twilight. During Chinese New year, I bought the second book from Twilight Saga-New Moon at MPH Mid Valley. I really wanted to complete the whole series but the book is kinda rare now. Always out of stock.

FYI, harga buku dah naik... Huhuhu...

I have also bought the fourth book-Breaking Dawn (since I couldn't find the third book-Eclipse). I'm currently reading New Moon now... I'm looking forward to buy Eclipse soon. Just a quick update... Nuff" said~

Senjata Terhebat

For the very first time, I wrote something which is quite personal for me to share with others. But I think it's alright. Apparently, I've posted: Senjata Terhebat untuk Kawan Baik in my YM status. Many friends and colleagues asked me what Senjata Terhebat actually is?

Currently, I went to a bookshop somewhere at Shah Alam with Bunnee. I was nailed to a book entitled Senjata Terhebat. I was wondering why is that book called Senjata Terhebat? As I flip through, the book is filled with doa. So now you know what Senjata Terhebat is. Interesting isn't it?

Praying (Berdoa) indeed is the Greatest Power on Earth. There are couple of times when I was so confused, hopeless and feeling down. Knowing that no one would listen, I started to pray. I do believe that Allah listen to me when no one else does.

There was once Bunnee and I were cheated by someone that we used to call "friend" (but not anymore). I still remember perfectly how the situation is. For the very first time in my whole life I cried so hard, and for the first time I saw Bunnee throwing and kicking stuff like mad. As far as I know him, Bunnee is a very calm person and he rarely (not even once) shout nor bark or even cursing with harsh words.

Unsure what is the best way to calm him down, I started to ask him to pray with me. Hoping that he would feel better then. Doa is definitely the best weapon. After that, I wrote down a doa. After solat, I loudspeaker my cellphone and both of us recite the doa together. Doa is a great theraphy. Alhamdulillah, both of us felt way much better after that.

Realising that how powerful doa and Allah is the Mightiest of All. I wanted to share with my bestfriends. I asked them, do you have something that you desperately want that money cannot buy? And yes, each one of them have their own wish. I keep the wishlist in my mind so that each time I pray, I would pray for them, too. That's why I posted Senjata Terhebat untuk Kawan Baik in my YM status. The best gift a friend would give.

Not just bestfriends. I pray for myself, parents, family, loved ones, nevertheless, to all mu'min. I still remember my Ustazah once told me that as a Muslim, we shall never give up praying. That is the least but the best that we can do.
... Jangan berhenti berdoa untuk umat Islam sedunia...
So here, I would like to share a doa, which is Qunut Nazilah with you

Ya Allah, sesungguhnya kami meletakkan-Mu di batang-batang leher musuh-musuh kami
Dan kami berlindung dengan-Mu daripada kejahatan-kejahatan mereka
Ya Allah, leburkanlah kumpulan-kumpulan mereka
Pecah belahkan dan kacau bilaukan persatuan mereka
Goncangkan pendirian mereka
Dan hantarkanlah anjing-anjing Mu ke atas mereka
Wahai Tuhan Yang Gagah Perkasa
Wahai Tuhan Yang Maha Penghukum

Please click here for more info.

My point here is, while you are having fun, clubbing here and there as if there is no Hari Kiamat. Ingatlah, sedara se-Islam kita sedang berperang di Gaza. Sekian terima kasih.

PS: I'm not really good at expresssing my own feelings, ideas, and thoughts. I'm not really good in writing. So, do forgive me if my writing sounds harsh, or maybe "unprofessional" to some of the readers. No hard feelings~

Geng : Pengembaraan Bermula-Press Release

Some call it D-Day, some call it LCP Graduation Day, whatever it is, it is the most important day for all LCPeans. Yes, this is it. The adventure had just begun. On January 13, 2009 Les' Copaque Production had organized Press Preview for Geng : Pengembaraan Bermula at Cathay Cineplex, Cineleisure Damansara. We had a short meeting in the morning, everyone is mighty excited. Majority of us wear the Geng:Pengembaraan Bermula t-shirt even before the event had started. Yes, that's the spirit!

From left: Hanev, Mingy, Edd, Leman, Muiz, Sharul and Muaz. Dengan bangganya pose sebelum bertolak.

Love the tags! The registration pinkish Kak Ros tag is mine!

Ee Jean and I were given a task to incharge of the orphans from Rumah Aman Limpahan Kasih Puchong and the voice actors. I met many people (not to mention that I am a social retard), reporters are everywhere! There are people from Remaja TV3, TV9, Melodi, gua.com, Utusan (I met my senior during the event-it's a small world after all!), and so much more!

Geng everywhere!

During the screening, I was sitting at the first row with some of my collegues. I am so happy as if this is the first time I watch it. The orphans are really enjoying the movie, some of them laugh so hard sampai terbatuk-batuk. Huhuhu...

Meet the voice actors! From left: Balqis (Ros), Kannan (Rajoo), Fathiah (Upin & Ipin) and Izwan (Badrol)

Upin & Ipin is here! Everybody loves the duo!

After the screening, I asked the orphans how the movie was. They are over delighted. Even their teachers were surprised. They never knew that Malaysia's first 3D animated feature film would be this good. Hehehe... Tau Xpe~

Happy faces all around... (^-^)

The event was awesome, definitely a great experience. Geng : Pengembaraan Bermula will be on cinemas on February 12th, 2009. Definitely a must watch movie for all Malaysians!

New Year, New specs, and more books!

Happy New Year! Oops~ I know, I know... I should've post this earlier... But I am so busy lately. It's 2009 and yes, getting older and older. Some might say that they're forever young at heart and age is just a number, but someone recently told me that no matter how hard you're trying to hide or pretend to act like a child... Hey, kau dah tualah! Huhuhu~

Check out my new specs! GAP eyewear... I think I have to stick to nerd specs. It's cool to be nerd... Photo taken by Ee... Memang jengkel!

New year's resolution? Yeah, I do have... But not gonna tell you here... Anyway, on January 1st 2009... Bunnee and I went to Sunway Pyramid. We had Subway BMT and Chicken Teriyaki for lunch that day. Yummy~ (This is the first time Bunnee eat Subway Sandwiches and he loves it!)

Bunnee and I went to MPH. While he was chatting with his friend Bob, I went to Leadership and Marketing section and look for any interesting books (need to build my self confidence). I saw a book which I have been looking all over since-女儿兵法 The Art of War for Women Sun Tzu's Ancient Strategies and Wisdom for Winning at Work written by Chin-Ning Chu.

Have you ever read 孙子兵法 (Sun Tzu The Art of War)? I think my teacher used to mentioned the book when I was in primary school. When I was in standard 6 ( yeah, I still remember I'm in 6B class), my Mandarin teacher 苏宝玉老师 suggested us (my class to read it). Because it is one of the must read book. I assume that it must a great book that time. But since I did not practice to write Chinese character and read Mandarin materials much, I could not read the original version of Art of War.

Finally, I bought The Art of war for Women and Twilight written by Stephenie Meyer. Although I watched the movie (not my favourite though), I still bought the book with no particular reason. As an average reader, I think Stephenie Meyer's writing is a good read and deeply seductive. (Honestly, I don't read much-but still trying, and my English is really bad)

I did not attempt to buy books at first, but I just keep on abusing my cash! But books should be fine... Thanks to Bunnee for his endless support and keep on encouraging me to read more and more. Plus, I'm using my scriptwriter allowance (hoho... I'm glad to hear that I still have hidden savings under Bunnee's account) to buy those books. Damn~ Gaji dah nak abes! (-_-)"

F.Y.I: The Art of War was written bu Sun Tzu some 2,500 years ago and it is the most influential book on strategy ever published. In 1772 Sun Tzu's Art of War was translated into French and it is widely believed that Napoleon Bonaparte read and adopted many of Master Sun's Strategies.
